On June 17, our shared Canadian SMS short code was temporarily suspended following a carrier compliance review, which interrupted SMS delivery notifications for Canadian recipients. We rerouted traffic through an alternate provider the same afternoon to restore notifications, and fully restored driver-to-recipient messaging the following day. The compliance review has since concluded with no penalties, the short code has been reinstated, and all service is operating normally.
